Try A Self Hypnosis Video To Stop Smoking

There are a number of videos that teach how to induce the trance state. Not everyone understands that all hypnosis is effective only when the subject, in this case you, wants it to be effective. Choose a video that suits you. The speakers voice should sound pleasant and calm. You will absorb the instructions about how to relax. Then visualize what your goals are. Two examples are losing thirty pounds or giving up smoking.

Repeat a phrase about how unhealthy foods are disgusting to you. As you breathe slowly, repeat that fact over and over. Afterwards, your belief in what you can achieve can become a reality.
